We are a quickly growing edtech company. Our team has always been distributed and worked remotely. We're seeking another team member to join our team as a virtual assistant. We need someone from Latin America with fluent English. You will work closely with Chief Operating Officer (COO) and our Project Manager.
Email management and customer follow-ups.
New customer documentation and follow up.
CRM administration: updates and data entry.
Basic WordPress updates
Prospect inspection of link building opportunities
Project Management Assistance
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.

Experience working remotely preferred.
Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 15 to 20 hours/week.
Experience in an administrative support role.
In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb
