Virtual Assistant to reply to my customer through whatsapp and phone

I' am a Real Estate investor with multiple apartments that I rent it as Co-living. I have monthly spaces which need to be rented and I advertise them online. Potential tenants reach me either through WhatsApp or directly call me. I' am looking for Virtual Assistant who can reply to the WhatsApp messages and take phone calls after routing it to you.
Potential tenants approach happen 7 days a week and around 12 hrs a day but the main load happen in the last 2 weeks of each month only.
I' am willing to pay at monthly basis but also open for hourly rates. Also need to know the platform to be used for communicating on WhatsApp and be able to monitor it at same time and best method to route phone calls to you without being charged heavily with international routing calls.
