HIRING: Airbnb Guest Experience & Property Operations Specialists Remote | Work with Australian Airbnb Portfolio | Full-Time We are looking for highly reliable, proactive, and English-fluent Virtual Assistants to join our growing short-term rental business managing multiple Airbnb properties across Australia. This is not a basic VA role — you will act as a Guest Experience & Property Operations Manager, responsible for ensuring smooth guest stays, fast communication, and seamless property coordination. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally Screen potential guests and manage booking confirmations Send guest communications (welcome, check-in, during stay, and post-stay messages) Troubleshoot guest issues and provide real-time support Manage Airbnb listing calendars, availability, and pricing coordination Write and respond to guest reviews Coordinate cleaning schedules with housekeepers Coordinate maintenance with electricians, plumbers, and carpenters Liaise with local property managers for operations support Order supplies and manage inventory needs online Assist in creating and optimizing Airbnb listings (descriptions, photo captions, tags) Support channel manager integration and listing optimisation WORK SHIFTS (AEST / AEDT) We are hiring 1 part-time VA: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Mon to Sun (7 days) REQUIREMENTS Excellent written and spoken English Experience with Airbnb or property management (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail Ability to handle guest issues calmly and professionally Fast learner with good communication skills Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment WHAT WE OFFER Stable long-term remote work Structured training & SOPs provided To apply, please send your CV + brief introduction of 1-2mins as a video link + mention relevant experience
