Laravel Forge VPS Deployment Fix

My VPS is provisioned through Laravel Forge and should be running several Laravel-based sites, but the very first release step fails every time. The deployment error happens during the initial deployment, so nothing ever reaches production and the domains simply show a 500 page. I need a fresh set of eyes to: • trace and eliminate the deployment errors that surface during the first release; • verify that Nginx, PHP-FPM, queues, SSL, and database connections are all configured correctly; • run a clean deployment that brings each site online and reachable from the browser. A successful hand-off means I can push to the main branch and see Forge finish the build without red banners, the apps load over HTTPS, and basic health checks pass. If extra environment or script tweaks are required, document them briefly so I can repeat the process next time.
