154141 CL auto posting program needed

I need a program created that will post my ads on CL automatically. I have already seen the current products on the market. I don't think they can do what I need. Here are the features that I need.

1. Posting scheduler - I should be able to specify the times that the program posts each ad. For, example, every hour, every 2 hours, etc. I should be able to randomize the times the program posts. I do NOT want a program that mass posts on CL. I am looking for a program that will post one ad at a time. Or at the times I specify.

2. Rotate the email addresses that I input, for the posts.

3. Bypass captcha feature.

You can decide what programming language to use.
