I have 2 keyboards which are both PS2. The first keyboard is a normal QWERTY keyboard. The second is a custom made one. At the moment the custom keyboard sends normal keys like 'a' '-' '4' etc...
What I want to be able to do is allow the second keyboard to have a driver that allows me to re-program keys. For this I would need:
- Programmable kernel mode keyboard driver.
Should be able to "fire" key sequences on one keypress.
When key "A" is pressed:
Characters "Ctrl" & "Alt" & "5" are sent from the driver.
- A "nice" GUI to build those key sequences easily. (Made in VB)
Please note: I want to be able to use my QWERTY keyboard as normal. I am willing to put a USB adapter on the custom keyboard if it makes it easier!
