110681 FTP Client

Hello All, I am in need of a simple FTP client for windows with the following basic features. 1. adresbook 2. upload files 3. download files 4. make dir 5. delete dir 6. chmod 7. Upload in different formats binarie / ascii 8. browse in directories 9. rename files / dir The client must be translated into another language then english. That should not be to hard . Do not use opensource programs please. I posted this program request before, and everytime people come up with the same program, with the same bugs! The program must be in my site colors.
