5421 VB Posting App Needed

posting app I need a VB application made up that can post to multiple social bookmarking sites.. I have the activeX & API info etc. and also example scripts for each site ! Just a matter of putting it all together.. I also want the app to work from a list of proxies... Please post on the PMB and we can talk further about the spec. Paymetn by SL or Paypal... Payment on completion.. No Escrow ! No timewasters or crazy bids !! Please talk to me on PMB before even placing a bid.. If you dont, your bid will be be removed! No excuses !!
