I've spoken to some of my colleagues and they feel that we would benefit from expanding the email user form to incorporate other features and selections. Would it be possible to add a tickbox x 3 for questionnaires A B and C that the user can tick to populate 'Qu. Sent A' 'Qu. Sent B' 'Qu. Sent C' columns and the same for 'Thank you' and 'Follow-up'? (all required tick box items are highlighted in blue) So for instance we send out an email to people in a set location with a special flag, we then tick the box marked 'Questionnaire A' and the column is populated with a 1 for all user recipients?
Another point to note - if any of the blue highlighted columns are marked then the user form needs to perform a check and skip any send-out to someone who already has a '1' in their user row.
Also the columns headed in yellow, would it be possible to add those to the possible AND/OR options for send-outs?
