We need a script written for an analog or digital call back platform. Core Software should perform the following:
Receive the Call and Wait for the Caller ID Data
Receive the caller ID Data
Extract Caller ID Data
Check the caller ID data against [url removed, login to view]
If Caller ID in [url removed, login to view], don't answer call
MOdify the IVR software for further support
If CAller ID is in [url removed, login to view], then grab line
Use the caller ID as the destination number and dial out
Allow the subscriber to enter a phone number
Make sure the phone number is valid and is free
Do a hook flash and dial out
If Busy or No answer, let the customer dial another number
IF connect, release the line.
