I want a simple access based db project done with VB frontend interface.
Database will have around 40 fields, based on a govt. form. Fields need to be defined only once at design time, and will not be changed later.
I need simple search feature and ability to generate reports based one one or more fields. The number of report types is also going to be set, so no need for dynamic coding here as well.
One thing I would like is that when a field has multiple options to select from, I want hotkeys assigned to the options. Say, 1 for option a, 2 for option b, 3 for option C, so the data entry operators can press 1 and the application will select option 1 for that field.
Shouldn't be hard for someone with VB and Access experience.
