I have two tables that are attached.

I need to create one resulting table that matches the e-mails

Table "Sheet_1" has the emails in the 5 column, and table "CV_Risk" has the emails in the first column. Attached is only a small portion of the full database I have. "CV_Risk" may have blank email cells. "CV_Risk" has almost 8000 lines, and "Sheet_1" almost 700 lines.

The resulting table should have all lines that "Sheet_1" has and the corresponding data in "CV_Risk" should be added in more columns. I attached a "result" table that shows what I need, I made it manually.

So, the result table should have exactly the same lines as "Sheet_1" has. Both files are NOT alfabetically ordered.

If it is found the same email twice or more in "CV_Risk", it should be considered the oldest one (there is a date column)

I think a macro should solve this problem. I am using Excel 2007.

Ask anythink you need BEFORE I accept your bid. I need a full working macro, and explanations how to use it, as I am not familiarized with macros.
