Looking for software to assist Florida Insurance agents and other similar professionals in pricing Registration/Title transactions for Motor Vehicles. The State of Florida has approxamately 100 classes of motor vehicles (usually class is determined by weight of vehicle). I need software that will allow me to enter vehicle information for a customer in order to obtain the correct pricing for the class of vehicle. Software must also keep track of customers (including billing, invoice printing, report capabilities, and general customer information i.e. Name, address, driver license number, etc...). Software must also be able to export data to state forms which are provided by the Florida DMV in fillable Adobe PDF format. What is envisioned would be a product that allows the end user to answer a series of questions for which the responses would determine the pricining and necessary paperwork involved with processing the transaction for the State. The software would guide the user through data entry and would check all data entered to determine the correct pricing and procedure. Because of this, a basic knowledge of Florida motor vehicle law will be required. Research for this can be easily done from the States web site.
