VB6.0 Whatsapp Interface Development

A Visual Basic 6.0 Whatsapp program which will have the following functionality 1. Have a well-defined way to add or validate any new number as the Whatsapp number that the program will use as its number. 2. Have a list box of all the groups in which the whatsapp number belongs to such that I am able to select any Whatsapp group from the list that I want to send a message to. Also, list the number of unread messages in each group. 3. Have a text box for typing the message that I want to sent on whatsapp. 4. Have a text box for the number that I want to send the whatsapp message to. 5. Have a command button for sending a message from this textbox and the number. 6. Have a textbox to enter a whatsapp group title that I want to send a Whatsapp message and another textbox for the group message that I intend to send. 7. Have a command button for sending the intended message to the targeted whatsapp group. 8. Have a way of sending/attaching jpeg pictures to either a WhatsApp group or specific whatsapp number. 9. Have a way of attaching pdf files or any other docs to send to a number or group. 10. Have a textbox for showing all incoming unread message and their metadata like incoming number, date sent, or if in a group, the incoming group which send it and who send it in the group etc 11. Have a way to check if the internet is present to send WhatsApp message 12. If possible, have a way to test whether a message has gone to the intended recipients for sure or whether it has failed (1 tick, 2 ticks, blueticks etc) 13 Any other useful functions or recommended functionality 14 If any third party licences or API are required to be used, I can pay for them directly and I own the licences
