Publish to Folder: Run a dotnet publish or use the Visual Studio Publish wizard to output your app as "Self-Contained" for win-x64. This forces Visual Studio to put every single required DLL (including the correct SQL and extension libraries) into one folder. Point the MSI to the Publish Folder. Binding Redirects / Versioning: If DevExpress wants version 5.0 of a DLL and ComponentOne wants 6.0, we may need to force a specific version in your .vbproj file to ensure the compiler picks a winner before the installer even starts.
