Home: It's where we show you the most important stats and KPIs about your call center. You can set the date range to any range of your choice and you can dig deeper into each user's performance.
Calls: Here you can find all incoming and outgoing calls happened from/to your account with all related details and of course the call recording (if any)
Agents: Here you can view all of your current agents and their statuses in addition to their incoming/outgoing permission. In case you'd like to have specific agents with specific permission. Also, through this page, you can add/edit/remove agents
Dialer: This softphone and needs to be opened for anyone to be able to make or receive calls.
Settings: Clicking on your username on the upper right corner you can reach the setting page, where you will be able to manage all account related configurations (timezone, default agent permission, screen pop, blacklist, and much more)
