Japanese Technical Call Assistant -- 2

I need a reliable assistant who can handle inbound and outbound technical-support calls for my Japanese-speaking customers. Most conversations revolve around basic troubleshooting and guiding users through set-up steps, so an intermediate command of Japanese is enough—you should be able to understand user concerns, explain solutions clearly, and keep the tone friendly and professional throughout the call. You will connect through our VoIP soft-phone (Zoiper) and log each interaction in Zendesk immediately after the call. Any issues you cannot resolve must be flagged and forwarded to our senior engineer on the same ticket so nothing falls through the cracks. Deliverables I will review at the end of each shift: • Call recordings or logs for every customer you spoke with • The corresponding Zendesk ticket numbers showing actions taken and, if escalated, whom you routed it to • A brief end-of-day summary highlighting common questions or recurring problems If you are comfortable with this workflow and have a quiet environment plus a stable internet connection, let’s get started.
