I’m looking for a skilled watercolor artist to paint live portraits at a private client event. The artist needs to complete about 40 portraits within the event timeframe of 7 PM to 10 PM. Speed and a knack for capturing likenesses are key, and style doesn’t have to be highly detailed—as long as it’s engaging and captures the guests’ essence. Ideal candidates should have experience in live painting and interacting with event attendees.

Hi, I’d love to provide live watercolor portraits for your private event. I understand the key requirement is speed without losing the personality and likeness of each guest, and I’m comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment while interacting warmly with attendees. For a three-hour window and approximately 40 portraits, I’ll use an engaging, streamlined style designed for efficient completion while still giving each guest a personalized keepsake. I can work directly from guests as they arrive and keep the experience fun and professional. I’d be happy to share examples of my live/event portrait work and discuss the event setup and timing.
