Looking to develop Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, preferably 3 - 8 years in developing and automating software in the Telephony industry. This will be loosely coupled architecture. There will be an IVR menu which will allow to access the RESTful APIs using simple JSON over HTTP communication.
The scope is to develop an IVR system, preferably using any open source, with API integration. This includes overall architecture, design, implementation plan and should adhere to Telephony guidelines.
