WordPress Homepage Revamp with GSAP

I’m ready to give my WordPress site a fresh, energetic face-lift. The focus is the homepage—specifically the header with navigation and the entire main content area. I’d like these sections re-imagined in a bold, colorful style that feels lively and contemporary while still keeping usability front and center. Once the new layout is in place, I want engaging GSAP scroll animations woven through the page to guide visitors’ attention as they move down the screen. No hover effects or page-wide transitions are needed; smooth, performance-friendly scroll-triggered motion is the priority. Please work directly in my existing WordPress theme (or a clean child theme if that’s more practical), keeping everything responsive and SEO-friendly.
