This is a strong event product, and the best approach is to build a modular AWS platform with Cognito for secure access, a mobile-first PWA for QR entry, and a real-time backend for moderation and live screen updates. The admin panel should stay very simple while keeping each module easy to toggle per event. A similar real-time engagement system was handled before where users joined via mobile, submitted content live, and admins had to approve and push content quickly to public displays. The main challenge was keeping moderation fast, secure, and simple for non-technical operators. That was solved by using a modular backend, real-time event updates, clean admin controls, and cloud storage and delivery structured for fast scaling.
