Build E-commerce Site with Cart

I need a web developer to create a complete e-commerce website for my new store. The build must centre on a smooth, reliable shopping-cart experience so customers can browse products, add or remove items, and see real-time totals without friction. Core scope • Design and develop the full site front-end and back-end • Implement a responsive product catalogue with category filtering • Integrate a robust shopping cart that persists across pages and sessions • Set up an admin area where I can add/edit products, prices, images and stock levels • Optimise page speed, SEO basics and mobile usability While the essential feature is the cart, I’m open to your advice on complementary modules such as customer accounts or payment gateway integration if they fit the overall architecture and timeline. Tech stack is flexible—whether you prefer React, Vue, Laravel, Node, Django, or a well-customised CMS—so long as the final result is secure, scalable and easy for me to maintain after hand-over. Clean code, clear documentation and a short walkthrough video will form part of the acceptance criteria.
