Ho già sistemato diversi shop PrestaShop 1.7 dopo migrazioni a PHP 7.4 con problemi di back-office e front-office. Partirei dai log PHP e Smarty per isolare override e moduli che causano warning o fatal error. Verificherò la compatibilità dei temi e correggerò eventuali glitch grafici su desktop e mobile.
