I want to develop a web-based application with this functionality: Business Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, Email address, and point of contact. We would need to be able to set up a single business as well as a group of businesses with the same owner, and be able to see each business individually and from a group summary as well. I would want them to have the ability to upload contracts, invoices, and the system would be able to do Optical Recognition and pick up signed by, signed date, contract terms, and end of contract, is it an auto-renew or go month to month after the initial term. It should read invoices and separate invoices by vendor, and be able to click on the vendor name and see all invoices and click on the invoice you wish to view. This would show you the breakdown of the invoice, showing each product invoiced and the amount of that product. The contract should reside within that vendor portal along with invoices. It should read the contract and be able to give End of Term alerts, the alerts can be set by the client when to alert them, 6 months out, 12 months out etc. This is the functionality of the system broad overview. In the reporting it should show many things, invoice increases, decreases each month and show why the invoice increased or decreased. A program that I will allow my customers, as well as us in the office to upload their contracts and invoices from vendors. Categorize them. Ideal would be able to click and drill down into every vendor to see what makes up the charges etc.. This is a good start, as well as rolling into an app IOS/Android eventually.
