Once those are aligned, most of the “bugs” will disappear naturally. For shipping, I would not hardcode logic. I’d create a shipping-rules table (country/zone + weight slabs + price) and a clean calculator service class, so future changes don’t break checkout again. Cart badge issue is usually due to cached layout / session cart not being refreshed in the header partial. Gallery image replacement bug is commonly caused by media relations not syncing + old files not being overwritten correctly.
