I run a program where we prescribe food from our hospital-based pantries to enrollees in the program. We have 4 physical pantry spaces, with 4 additional storage spaces for each pantry space. We currently have no digital tracker of what is in the pantry. We are envisioning doing this on Zoho as we have a professional license with Zoho. The system must be built on Zoho and should include full metadata tracking (e.g., expiration dates, suppliers, batch tracking). There will be less than 20 users using this system, and each pantry space will manage their stock independently. Advanced features like low-stock alerts and usage trends reporting are required.
