Need 600 - 1000 US sign ups! Program is Free to sign up!

I need a minimum of 500 sign-ups as soon as possible. The sign-ups need to come from the USA and the following information is required: - Each sign-up needs to have valid phone number. - Each sign-up needs to come from a unique IP address, no proxies. - Each sign-up needs to provide a valid home address to receive the free information that will be mailed to them. - Each sign-up needs to be located in the USA I will pay you extra if you are able to deliver more than 1000 sign-ups. The program is popular and its COMPLETELY FREE, all I need is people to fill out their information to receive a free package. I will pay you on a weekly basis, based on the number of sign-ups delivered that week. For example you bid $1000 for 1000 sign-ups. Week 1, you deliver 555 sign-ups, I pay you $555 for that week.
