We need to mine the outcoming data from this webform

The form outputs adress data in a radius around location of an input zip-code.
The ourcomeing data needs to be put to a excel or other sheet. Duplicate data needs to be filtered
Goal is to scrape al adressdata in germany that is saved in the database
Our idea of scraping logic
Put ZIP to fields ORT and PLZ
Values for the runs: 01050 to 99950, in increments of 50
We need seperate outputs for each of the 5 values of "Heilmittelbereich"
