AUTOMATE Extraction of Racing Data from Website to text or CSV file

The project is to create an website page data extraction Tool from a fixed format website which changes daily and place the records into excel or txt file format to be imported into Database.
100-140 greyhound races daily from 10-14 different race tracks.

The object is to extract the following from this page into a line format to text file or CSV to import into a DB.
Location details from url and greyhound details in sky rating order.
URL race Details/greyhound number/greyhound name/form/skyrating/fixed odds win amount/fixed odds place amount

Each day is 100-140 races at 8-12 tracks in Australia and New Zealand
The objective is to extract all 100-140 races at 8am each day within 30 minutes via the data scraping tool / automation tool you create.
You will notice the URL will change for each race. this is from RACE 1 and can be 7 races up to 12 races at each race meeting.
