Scrape four real estate websites

Hello,
I would like to scrape all of the available data from four websites in a way that does not negative affect the servers we are scraping the information from. The result of these scrapes will be four distinct datasets. The websites are:
1. [login to view URL]
2. [login to view URL]
3. [login to view URL]
4. [login to view URL]
Note that the second website limits search results to 1000 documents at a time, so if you are scraping the website by looping over each date, you will run into trouble. My recommendation is that you first scrape the first website by looping over each date to obtain a list of document numbers. Then you can scrape the second website by looping over all of the document numbers you obtained from the first website. Then you can use the pins obtained from the second scrape to loop over the third and fourth websites.
Examples of fields we need for each observation from the first two websites, when those fields are available: grantor, grantee, document number, execution date, record date, document type, case number, amount, trust number of grantee, trust number of grantor, PIN, property type, condo unit number, S-T-R, sub-division condo, lot, block, part of lot, and building.
