I am looking for a knowledgeable web scraping generalist to write good, complete, thorough, well-researched project plans/proposals/estimates for projects to develop and deploy web scrapers

You Must:
- Have a demonstrable track record of successful, decent-sized, web-scraping projects.
- Be able to write and speak in English, clearly and fluently.
- Be willing to sign an NDA (at a later stage in the interview process).
