Web Designer & Logo Designer Wanted for multiple projects

Please read this offer carefully.
We are looking for a agency or a freelancer to design four websites.
Immediately, we have a requirement to make two sites.
1. A site for our web hosting service
2. A corporate Site
3. Logo's for both
For web hosting site, I need the domain registration integrated within the site layout. You may integrate WHMCS with the site layout.
I need a site similar to any of the ones below.

I am looking for such a good quality. Contents of the site will be similar to those examples site.
Delivery Time - 3 to 4 Days
Maximum Per Site - 100$ (Willing to pay extra if quality is top notch)
Maximum per Logo - 25$ (upto 40$ if really good)
Preferred Skills - XHTML / DHTML / CSS
Payment Terms - If your portfolio has a Hosting / Domain related sites and if it satisfies our design interest, we can pay 50% upfront.
If there are no good designs in your portfolio, advance will be paid ONLY after we see your design draft. This applies for logo design also.
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF THE PAYMENT TERMS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

You can either bid only for logo or site design or for both.
