1186 Professional Website Design

I am looking for a professional design to design a site with a professional look. The site [login to view URL] will be as the name suggests a upcoming hosting company. I want a site that looks professional with a room to place package information etc. (There will be 3 main packages). I would like a classy design perhaps with a "rock" type effect if you know what I mean, but no pictures of rocks/stones please. The designer must be willing to go back and change elements of the design until I am 100% happy. Please place your bids according to this for the FULL project. Bids above my budget will simply be ignored. The template must be provided in a PSD file format, along with a HTML coded layout also. This work must remain copyright to me alone, and must not be resold or reused by anybody including you. Please insert the word "stone" into your bid to prevent nasty automated bidders.
