I need someone to create a website. I have attached what I would like the website to look like, if you have an idea on something that would make it better, I will definitely listen. This will be challenging (it is to me anyway) as I would like Current time & temperature for my town, as well as a map. I will be including expressway cameras and I would like to incorporate a gas price check (but I haven't even included this in the design since I'm not sure if that's even possible) I will need a drop down box for a directory. I would also like there to be 4 large boxes for pictures w/links on the top and 5 smaller boxes along the right hand side of the page. I am wondering if it is possible to make the boxes have some sort of randomizer in place so that there can be 8 or 12 pictures that can rotate each time someone opens the website. I will also need to be able to make changes myself if that's possible as I will be making changes several times a week.
If this goes well I will need another 10-15 of these sites created for other cities in my area.
