Magento Theme from Illustrator Design

We have designed a new theme for our Magento ecommerce site using Adobe Illustrator. We require an experienced programmer to convert from AI to HTML theme for Magento 1.4.1.1.1
You will need to ensure that:
-All work should be tableless CSS
-Include alt tags
-Good use of H1 / H2 / H3 etc
-W3C validated
-Cross browser compatible
-Use our extensions - banners, refer a friend, On sale, layered navigation
Theme design uses a large background image with transparent content box so background can still be seen. The attached files show 3 of the designs. You will need to code all aspects of the theme (homepage, sign in/sign up, category, product, my account, cart, checkout etc)
Make sure the theme is fast loading and is search optimised.
We have excellent feedback so we won't provide escrow until proof of draft on your server (complete and delivered by your deadline).
