Website template design (no programming needed)

Help designing a new e-commerce website template needed. I am opening a new webshop and will need help with how it should look.

Needed:

Design of website template, colours, location of links, side-bars, etc. No graphics need to be created.

Requirements:

Though you can do the outline yourself you will have to work in the ecommerce provider's own system to create the design. This will be done by you working with their system using a shared login with me. See attached files for examples of how the system looks.

My estimate is that you will need 3-5 hours for entering the actual data in the system. This on top of the time you need to come up with the design, try it as well as working with me to tweak it.

I will provide full payment as milestone.
