Magento Online Shop with WEB2 Print solution

Hello, We need a shop with a online Designtool for cards! so it should look very modern, the whole site should be able to have 4 options for designing the cards 1 Select a design template and personalise it /Easily add your own logo or photo.- 2,Appoint a Graphic Designer (talk to a designer) extra fee 50$ 3 Upload your own Complete Design (adobe illustrator files and so on) 4. DESIGN ONLINE lke this ([login to view URL] ) othe details: customer should be able to see a DIGITAL PROOF of how the cards will look like later!( see atached or on [login to view URL]) we only do metal cards, so it should be able to shop ENGRAVING and CUT OUTS. the shop when finishe should look like this:[login to view URL] it should be able to save the desings as AI file or some other file we can change(no jpg file) we have to be able to change the designs! also customer should be able to RE-Order business cardas or chang designs they finished before in the customer backend. also price should change with extras colors and so on , like on the link. also it should have a b2b section where we can make better prices for customers who bus many products. we just need a offer for how much money you need to do this thanks alex
