VBulletin Tweaks

We require the following adjustments made to our vBulletin 4.1x website: 1. Upload the latest vBulletin upgrade (4.18) and the corresponding skin upgrade. (we use one of the [login to view URL] skins that has been modified). 2. Center the board horizontally on the screen. (There's extra spacing on the left margin) 3. Place "Advertise" link on Navbar and another advertising related link in another place on the site that we designate. 4. Widen the nickname area so the nicknames don't wrap to a second line. 5. Remove the vertical spaces in the nickname area after the nickname/member designation/location/post counts, etc. 6. Add an advertising location in the lower left corner of the first post content that integrates with the following rotating banner ad system: ([login to view URL]) 7. Add an advertising location in the upper right corner of the board that integrates with the rotating banner ad system. 8. Upload smilies. 9. Minimize space in between header and the board.
