Cartoon Map for website

I am looking for someone to create a nice looking cartoon or stylized map of a ficticious "main street" that will show several different "shops" that are actually different areas of a web site. I do not need any web programming, just the art. I am looking for the shops to also follow what they are - in other words a sign shop so that area should look sign shop-ish, personanlized gifts should be nicer and gift looking, sceenprinting can be a bit funky to reflect t-shirt graphics etc. All in all there will be 8 stores set in an old fashioned or typical small town main street or town square setting - there is a good bit of freedom here for ideas. Prefer vector format however will accept very high resolution (minimum 300ppi) jpg or native photoshop (.psd) - open to other suggestions as well.
