We need to have 2 templates created (based off one. 1 two column, 1 one-column). We will need to have the templates designed and need to have them both coded to work as Outlook templates. The end-user client is a financial services company and they will need to be able to copy charts/graphs from excel (perhaps export as .jpg and insert - if possible, we're open to recommendations) and paste them into the email template and send out to their list of 150.
The selected vendor will be responsible for cutting/coding the html as well as for supplying specific instructions for the end-user to integrate the templates into Outlook and send them out accordingly. This is the catch (there's always one isn't there?). We need to have this done by Wednesday, May 9.
