556803 Css fixes and Design Enhancement - need the wow factor

I currently have decent-but-not-wonderful webpage here: [login to view URL] (note: view it in FireFox or some images won't show up - problem 2 below) (Upon the project starting, I will send through current html + css + graphics files) I need the following adjustments: 1). The listings on the side (when viewed in FF), need to appear underneath the Search field - see attached screenshot. The listing positions display correctly in IE8. Note: this fix must not affect the look in IE8 - it must look the same in all browsers 2) The logo and image icons next to "save time", "save money" (bottom half of page) are not display correctly in IE (is correctly displaying in FF) ... this must be fixed for IE (and allother browsers). [MOST IMPORTANT]: 3) Design must be enhanced to look HOT: 3.1) The header & footers must be enhanced to get a shinier & sexier feel, much like AirBnb's 3.2) Footer must be same as mailchimp's ... (but using original links obviously) High-quality cross-browser compliant css is the target result. Previous design experience and css expertise is a must for this.
