123980 custom template for joomla

I am looking for someone who can make me a custom joomla template with the same look and feel of the NY times website. The template will need to have multiple banner ad spaces and I want the template to be a floating template. I want to implement "google search" in the search bar and will need a header much in the same vein as the NYtimes header (with a 125x125 banner module on each side of the header). Basically, I am looking for someone who can make me a joomla template that doesn't have that "blog" type feel to it. More work will be available in the future as well.
