71612 Customize Template For My Site

I purchased a TemplateMonster template that I need to customize for my site. Here is the one I bought: [login to view URL] These are the changes I require (for home page and 4 internal pages). Current site: [login to view URL] 1) Remove the "header" of the new template that says "Business solutions" on the example above. I don't want my site to have a header there at all. 2) Move the Navigation buttons that appear just above AND below the main top graphic over to the left side of the page (5 Buttons total including home). I would like for the Nav buttons to "protude" into the main body of the page like in the following example: [login to view URL] The new Nav buttons need to match the yellow/orange color found in the main top graphic with the TEXT in the buttons to match the blue color found in the main top graphic. Button names: Home Merchant Login (Link to: [login to view URL]) User Login (Link to: [login to view URL]) Contact Us (Link to: [login to view URL]) Privacy Policy (Link to: [login to view URL]) 3) The main body of the page where the content is will need to have a white background. 4) For the background color down the left side, right margin and bottom margin I want to match the brown/green color the current nav buttons as now shown above the main top graphic. 5) Add new content I will provide to main body of the new home page. The content I provide will have to be enhanced graphically with bullets, color text, bold, etc. to match the site and make it look appealing and easy to read. 6) Add existing content on the 4 internal pages to the new design. The finished site must be sent to us as a layered psd file as well as a html webpage. The code must be clean and able to function with Cold Fusion (no unnecessary tags or code - you must strip out all unnecessary code and provide very clean code). I will email a zipped file with the TemplateMonster template on it.
