1933 Customize Template

I have a template designed by a provider I have, it is in psd. There are two versions. Black and White. I wish them to be the same, but I wish them to be somewhat have more style and design to it, so when looking at it it will look like a special and commercial community site. Please show me your best design work. Needs to be done in under 24 hours after you accept the project. If, failed to show completion and changes nor fixed, will decrease in money for each 2 hours. The basic template is already designed, just need it to change colours, change a few positions etc, change a few here and there. Then slice it from existing. Will pay via paypal directly after completion Note: this is not starting from scratch. Psds are already designed. Just need fine tuning and adjustments so ALOT easier You will need to be on for mainly the whole day (my time) Must have a sense of DESIGN and COLOUR SCHEME thought.
