152350 Ebook cover,web header designs

I want someone to design a website header for a website I will be putting together shortly. I specialize in stopping people smoking on only one session, so I want the header to get that message across.

I want the words 'Stop Smoking Specialist' to be used, but I want it to look very professional and would also want the header to be able to be used on my headed paper.

Secondly, I want a CD label for the 'Stop Smoking Specialist CD' which will be sold from the above website, which will use (I presume) similar artwork to the website header. I want to build a brand image here.

Finally I want an ebook cover designed for a book I have just written called 'The Latest & Easiest Way to Stop Smoking' again I want it to be professional and make it obvious what the book is about. If you feel that you could build a theme throughout the three designs, then that would probably work well.
