Email Ad to design

We need a talented designer to design an Email Ad. We will provide you with the text and you will make 3 design proposals for the Email Ad and then cut it in .html. We need a design which will use a lot of colors, a careful choice of where to place the text, what font to use, what color to use for the text and a lot of "invisible" tables which will allow to place the texts and color boxes at different places in the page. HOWEVER, the design needs to have NO images in it. It is very important for us, as nowadays, the images are blocked by the email clients and when the email arrives, there is a large part missing. Overall, the project is very simple, since there is only one page to design, but we need a talented designer to do it. IMPORTANT: PLEASE do not bid if you are not a designer yourself. AND PLEASE upload a short portfolio of some of your designs in PMB along with your bid or post a link to a small portolio. We will not choose any one which do not fulfill those 2 conditions.
