Graphic Design (Image Header) for a Website

Hi,
I need a designer to create a 1060 pixel by 250 pixel header image for a website I am developing for a moving company. The link to the new website we are building is http://oldeworldmovers.todayslocalmedia.com. I will be placing the image above the menu toolbar.
One of the old websites that we are replacing is [url removed, login to view]
The image should meet the following requirements:
- The image has to be high resolution and: width - 1060 pixels height - 250 pixels
- The dominant colors are orange (fb7302) and blue (73a9cf) as those are the website colors.
Some ideas include:
-Company name (Olde World Movers)
-Olde World Movers moving truck (I will supply images to use)
-the quote "We Deliver What Others Promise"
-moving boxes
-caucasian family
-nice home (Google the keyword "Texas style home")
All supported files must be handed over, including (but not limited to):
- JPEG, PNG, PSD
Some header images we like:

Contractor requirements
The contractor should have the following skills:
1. Strong previous experience in website graphics design
2. Familiarity with social websites and websites
3. Ability to think creatively and suggest designs
How to apply

2. Some initial ideas on designs for this project
In addition, please submit a portfolio of your previous website design work.
