HTML Email Template

We need an html email template designing that will be used to send news and offers to our members. The template should follow the same styling as our website. We use Aweber to send our emails so the template should easily integrate with this platform. All the content sections in the template should be editable through aweber as we will be sending out multiple emails each week with differing content. The template should have links to our Facebook page, twitter account and rss feed. We will provide the winning bidder with a wireframe layout of the template so you know what sections need to be included. We will need to approve the design prior to you undertaking the coding.
