"Quentin Pongias Footy Fitness Quentin Pongia, Premiership Winning Player and previous captain of New Zealand Rugby League team has made Brisbane his home. Get Fit-Learn to Play Footy…….. Quentin has dedicated his life to Rugby League and fitness and has developed a unique blend of boot camp style training to develop skills for you to play high quality Touch, Oztag or Rugby League. With past mentors such as Tim Sheens and Gus Gould, and a degree in Sports Coaching among his credentials, Q is going to get you fit and skilled in the great game. Each session involves a mixture of strength and conditioning, boxing, ball skills, speed development and agility training…plus each session involves a short game showing off your new skills. Its fun and fitness, every time. Sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday, Perth Park, Camp Hill, Brisbane. Then each Saturday is an optional extra session, with some skills and a game of Oztag for anyone. And for those that are keen, at the end of the 8 week program, a modified contact game of Rugby League will also be on offer. This is perfect for anyone whose bored of just squats and wants to develop some great fun skills from a champion athlete who loves getting people to learn."
