245943 Marketing - Email Ad Creation

I am looking for someone to develop an email campaign to market our consumer and business database marketing files. Selected person will need to create the content and be familiar with accepted email marketing practices. If your bid is for mailing only please advise this when bidding and we will consider your bid and consider having add content crated elsewhere. Only those with experience in this type of marketing will be considered. This posting is for one mailing, however, those producing a successful campaign will be considered for additional mailing campaigns. We will provide the list of email addresses and names and you will remove any duplicates being mailing. Mail we be addressed to each person so you will provide a name merge. Not yet sure of the number of email to be sent as will depend on the campaign so just call it one million. Must provide a removal option and be CAN-SPAM Compliant. Ethical/legal mailer only please.
